APM UART connection

If you want to connect APM to Erle-Brain via UART port do the following steps:

1) Create a new script in the path /home/ubuntu/indigo/install_isolated/. Name it e.g. setup-mavros-bridge-serial1.bash.

Copy this to the created script (we have modified gcs_bridge __name and _gcs_url):

2) Create a new service in the path /lib/systemd/system/

Description=mavros ROS package service bridge for serial devices
After=mavros.service

[Service]
#Type=oneshot
ExecStart=/home/ubuntu/indigo/install_isolated/setup-mavros-bridge-serial1.bash

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target

In this case the name of the script should be `setup-mavros-bridge-serial1.bash.
